Clay is a natural product. Therefore, we recommend wrapping the warrior in a canvas cover or storing it hidden from weather influences during the cold months. This is to prevent any kind of damage caused by bad weather conditions.
The head of the figure is packed separately in the box. If you intend to place the warrior outside, it is recommended to seal the area between head and torso with silicone in order to prevent water entering the inner of the figure.
The basic colour of every warrior is black. Applying a special sand structure on the surface of the warrior creates the colours “terracotta” and “sand”. If the warrior is positioned outside, this sand structure might be partly washed out over time lending even more patina to the statue.
